Terms
What you agree to when you sign a drawing.
- Rate
- Per linear metre of finished wall.
- Not in the rate
- Appliances and stone worktops.
- Payment
- 30% to reserve, 60% before fitting, 10% after sign-off†
- Making
- 6 to 8 weeks from a signed drawing†
- Fitting
- 3 to 5 days on site†
- Accuracy
- Dimensions within 2 mm of the confirmed drawing, or we remake†
- Faults
- Tell us within 7 days of fitting and we put it right†
Before anything is made
A designer surveys the wall and draws it. Nothing is cut until you sign that drawing, and the signed drawing is what we are held to.
Changes
A change after sign-off can move the price and the date. We tell you both in writing, and you decide before we start again.
Fitting day
The room needs power, light and clear access. If the wall or the floor is out of true we scribe to it, which is why we measure it ourselves.
If you cancel
Up to sign-off you owe nothing beyond the survey. After sign-off the work already cut and finished for your wall is yours to settle.
